Teresa is dedicated to empowering women through life’s most challenging transitions. With over a decade of experience in personal development and healing practices, Teresa has become a beacon of hope for many facing the complexities of life.
Teresa’s passion and desire to share the tools of self-reflection and personal growth with women and girls were instrumental in the creation of multiple workshops, empowerment sessions, reflection journals and more.
